British Land is one of Europe’s largest publicly listed real estate companies. They have a long history of owning, managing, developing and financing high quality residential property assets in London with a focus on the higher end of the market.

The brand identity was two-fold. The logomark needed to reference Regent’s Place but also stand alone as a premium brand. Also the building is very iconic with its distinctive, angular look and the aesthetic rhythm of the diachronic panels, undulating in colour, as one passes around the building.
We wanted to give the viewers of all deliverables, the experience of these undulating diachroic panels. Bespoke foils and innovative printing techniques (and much testing!) enabled us to replicate this experience.
For digital experiences, we were asked to concept a short film. We decided to treat 10 Brock Street as if we were filming a beauty product, with a reveal at the end.
