British Land — 25 James Street

The Client

British Land is one of Europe’s largest publicly listed real estate companies. They have a long history of owning, managing, developing and financing high quality residential property assets in London with a focus on the higher end of the market.

The Project

25 James Street is a bespoke collection of luxury apartments in the heart of Mayfair. We were asked to create the brand identity and associated marketing materials for this exciting new development.

IDENTITY

The Approach

The logo mark was designed to be reminiscent of a private Mayfair members club, communicating exclusivity and reflecting the distinctive character of the area.

Deliverables

  • Branding
  • Art Direction of interior shoot
  • Marketing & sales materials

Creative Execution

British Land had invested in exquisite materials from the floorings to all fixtures and fittings, so we created a luxurious hand-etched wooden folio that came in a fabric-wrapped slipcase.

Once inside a hint of ribbon gently lifted out a series of hand-numbered limited edition of artist prints, by Japanese illustrator Yoko, depicting the local area, and finally, the brochure.
