50 St Edmund’s Terrace, a luxury residential new build development in the heart of Primrose Hill. The 36 apartments and separate two bedroom town house sit adjacent to Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park.
The strategy was to focus on the positivity of park living and highlight its proximity to both Primrose Hill and the famous Royal Park – Regent’s Park.
To highlight the delight of living with the passing of the seasons in the park, the brand lead with foliage photography.
Pre-completion was spring and completion was summer.
Furthermore a unique primrose monogram was developed, which has been carved into entrance stonework and every door handle.
