Following the guidelines we had created as part of the brand development of Finchatton, inspiration for the lead graphic came from the iconic interiors themselves — the patterns and colour palette of the accent furnishings.
In the heart of Knightsbridge, but discreetly tucked behind Harrods, The Lansbury was an oasis of calm. The full-height windows captured the changing light of the day. We developed an ‘positioning’ film for website and launch, that highlighted the proximity to Hyde Park and very Britishness of the location to the potential foreign buyer.
Finchatton spend more per sq. ft on their interior than any other developer. A smaller section of a room tells you as much about the level of finish as the whole room so to support the wider room shots, we also capture smaller ’tableau’ details. Art direction gave the local area photography a warm natural aesthetic to convey the feeling of calm.
