The Client

House of Holland is firmly established in the international fashion scene. It boasts an impressive roster of international premium stockists including Browns Focus, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Colette, and Barneys.

The Project

Egelnick and Webb have worked with House of Holland for over six seasons, helping define his brand identity and consumer messaging, so the catwalk collection can remain a premium offering, and can sit alongside the various collaborations and brand extensions in a cohesive manor.

Creative Execution

We have created several show invites for Henry; one of our favorites was featured in ‘Graphic Design for Fashion’. Autumn/ Winter 2009 was a literal observation of that season. The show collection was based on colour charts. We came up with the idea of taking a Pantone book and printing black on each page to create the invite. The kaleidoscope of colours from the books really brought the collection to life. This project has been endlessly blogged about ever since.

Digital

As part of House of Holland’s social media strategy we updated his website using HTML 5 so it can be viewed across multiple platforms including handheld devices. The website is driven by a CMS system so that the team can update the site with news as and when it happens.

As well as building a multi-currency ecommerce site, we streamlined the design focusing on a luxury aesthetic. All the while we were careful not to lose the fun and irreverence that embodies House of Holland. The site functions not only as a fully responsive online shop, but also as a platform for social media presence and integration; a one-stop destination where shoppers and fans alike can fully immerse themselves in all things House of Holland.

Film

Henry invented some lovely little friends for his Pre Spring/ Summer 2013 collection. Using behind the scenes footage we worked with directing duo Volstok (Independent films) to truly make their characters come to life. Excessively cheeky, the young lady pom pom couldn’t stop smoking on set and the two boys seems to become a little obsessed with the models boobs! Say no more, this is House of Holland and their world is everything that is to do with fun!
