L’Oréal — ‘Iconic’ Brand Book


The Client

L’Oréal is one of the worlds’ largest beauty brands, Professionnel is their salon division.

The Project

We were asked to create a centenary brochure to mark 100 years and highlight their links with fashion. 

The Objective

To position L’Oréal Professionnel as the most fashion credible beauty brand.


The Approach

Given the rich history of L’Oréal we proposed a more covetable, up-scale case bound book to highlight the brand’s fashion credentials and associations. 

We developed unique typography and visual language to be used throughout. We used a range of different stocks for each section depending on the content, and bible paper divider sheets to provide an indulgent, tactile reading experience and the correct impression and impact for the world’s second largest beauty brand.
